Mariah holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Iowa, and is a graduate from Mount Mercy University in the Marriage and Family Therapy program. She has prior experience working with individuals pursing healthier lifestyles as a health coach and a fitness instructor. Mariah believes that humans have an incredible capacity for resilience. She looks forward to working with individuals and families through a systemic, respectful and nonjudgmental lens.
